- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The receptionists are very rude and insensitive, as well as the physicians assistants. I was a patient my whole life with Dr Bachtel and all of a sudden I get a termination of patient provider relationship paper in the mail, after I had recently been seen by another assistant instead of my doctor. She was persistently trying to take away all of my prescriptions that were written by Dr Bachtel. When I asked to see him ( my regular doctor of 16 years ) I was blown off and then received the letter of termination for absolutely no reason. I am very disappointed , hurt , and shocked. I thought i could trust these doctors but apparently not. I have referred many patients there that I will be referring else where now .June 11, 2017by Katherine Townsend
